BANKERS WITHOUT BORDERS, USA

Francis worked with Grameen Foundation partners on photography projects in India and China. He was extremely passionate and professional to work with. His interest and passion for both photography, and the poverty alleviation space came through in his work with us. The photographs he took offer a compelling testimony of the indomitable spirit and grit of our poor clients, as they strive to create a better life for their families.

OPPORTUNITY FUND, USA

“Francis’s photography brought our work to life! He was respectful and kind when photographing our clients and his deep interest in social issues helped him tease out underlying themes in Opportunity Fund’s microfinance: dignity, aspiration, and an entrepreneurial determination to succeed. His photographic essay, “Entrepreneurship in America” was the perfect visual complement to our Microfinance USA conference – attendees loved the chance to see what we had come together to discuss”.
Caitlin McShane - Marketing & Communications Director Opportunity Fund

ACCION, USA

“Francis’s work was exhibited two years in a row at the Microfinance USA Conference. The story that his photos told helped put a face to the mission of microfinance in the United States. His photos were truly beautiful and grasped the joy, hard work, and empowerment of micro entrepreneurship”.
